CRA Rejected Net File but there was no CRA Message. Why?

No, this at least the tenth time. The only changes from prior years, other than amounts, is that he is now filing as married and he is filing late.

The marriage status was correct. The next time I tried (3-4) I the CRA message said the account was locked. Too many tries I assume. I mailed it.
