What does 'CRA Result Code: 21' mean when trying to Netfile?

    Which tax year are you trying to file?  Please make sure its 21 and not 31.

    The CRA code 21 means that your file was rejected as there is misinformation on your return. You will need to verify that your full name, address, and phone number are the same as what the CRA has on file.
