why do I get xm2023 and record not received by CRA I've tried putting in access code but still the same . Does Turbo tax send to CRA automate VERY FUSTRATED
Please verify these next things by deleting the entries and re-entering them, even if they do not seem wrong.
Is your postal code entered incorrectly?
Is there a misplaced comma or hyphen in your address?
It can be the Netfile Access code you entered found on the NOA- If it is not entered identically as per the capital and lower case letters, then it will have an error. Some choose to file without it as it is an optional measure.
Please verify that your telephone number is numbers only.
Is your SIN number correct?
Now clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return and restart your computer.
You can get this error for a few reason- 1- being your postal code not being entered correctly. a comma, hyphen in your address. Also it can be the code you entered found on the NOA- If it is not entered identically - Capital and lower case then it will have an error. Some choose to file without it as its an optional measure.
