can I file my LLC/W2 and Rideshare taxes at the same time ?

    Yes.  In fact, you have to file them all on one return.  If you use TurboTax Home and Business or TurboTax Premium, you will be able to enter your LLC income (as long as it is a single member LLC not treated as a n S-Corp), your Rideshare income and your W2 into the program where the proper forms will be completed and everything will flow to your form 1040.
