No one can call you from the user forum. The phones are swamped on the day before filing deadline. Post some clearly worded specific questions here and we can try to help. We can help with most questions except for billing issues.

I just got off the phone with support. Number I used is 877-559-8824. My issue was online payment for Georgia state tax would not go through. Issue resolved when agent guided me through the payment process.

To the Employee Tax Expert who called me out for including a phone number in my post: The number was for TurboTax support - it shouldn't be a secret. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve an issue using online support with no results. Support resolved the problem quickly.
