digital assistant has no place to enter a search

Does the box open up? It’s like a chat box. You type on the bottom line and hit the send arrow on the right.

chat box opens up...there is NO PLACE I can type in anything I move cursor all over the box and there is no place it will let me type anything

You might have figured this out already, but you can move the TurboTax Help/Digital Assistant box by clicking on the bar at the top of the box and dragging. If you drag the box up, you will see the messaging window at the bottom of the box (should say "Type or ask something"). It helps if you have the TurboTax application window maximized.

It took me a while to figure this out. Yeah, bad UX design, but at least it's there.
