You'll need to do so quickly since they won't be open this weekend. They will be open another 70 minutes today.

Yeah what a joke of a service TurboTax provides for its customers. You have to be completely clueless about taxes or current events for them to be of any help to you, because these people are not “Tax Pros”... just some people TurboTax contracted to sit at home answering the phone for $12/hr. With that being said... I would like to know how to speak to someone that actually works for TurboTax and has access to fix technical errors on my account! I’ve been told by a few of your “tax pros” that had no clue what was going on to wait for it to be fixed for a month and still nothing. This will be my last year with turbo tax and like the other person said.. it may show I've been using it for only 3 years but I’ve used TurboTax for my businesses for 15 years. Never again.

I agree, I've been using Turbo Tax for years to do friends and family's taxes, but no more, I'm done with them after this years screw up. Their fees are insane and you can't get any support whatsoever, only incompetent idiots who call you. They miscalculated my grandsons federal refund and now I can't get ANY support with THEIR mistake whatsoever, they tell me to call the IRS, well it wasn't the IRS who screwed it up, it was TURBO TAX!

By "they" does that mean the program miscalculated, or did you use the LIVE TurboTax feature that has a tax expert assistance? In any case, if you want to escalate your issue, you can contact a liaison in the office of the president of Intuit. They say they will get back to you within 1 business day, although with filing deadline, this is a busy time, so it might be more than 1 day. Here's the contact info:
