Installing the 2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe I just purchased on Amazon

I just purchased my 2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe on Amazon. The instruction on the Digital Delivery Confirmation Email I received instructed me to go to www.InstallTurboTax.com to start the download of the software to my computer. When I go to the website, all I get is blank screen at the address turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/ What am I doing wrong? How do I access the download/installation site?

You may have to use a different browser. Try using Chrome. It might not like Microsoft Edge.

I have tried to access the install program in both MS Explorer and in Google Chrome. Plugging in www.InstallTurboTax.com still just generates a blank web page. I am trying to get my taxes done; why is it so difficult to get access to software I have already purchased? Please help me in access to the Turbo Tax software. Thank you.
