How did my Taxes get filed anf paid twice? First time I used Turbo Taxand I can't get any help from them regarding this Did anyone else have this happen?

We cannot see your tax return or your information. But it is impossible to e-file the same tax return twice. If the IRS accepted an e-file from you, they will reject any second or later attempts you make at e-filing again. Why do you think you paid twice?

Because they took $1270 out of my bank account when I paid it 3/21 and then another $1270 from my bank account on 4/15. I looked on IRS And it showed the same payment twice with 4/15 saying efiled

The IRS should see that and send one back to you. I would call the IRS.

Did you ever try to call IRS. What a joke you can’t talk to a live person. Anyway my bank stopped payment on the second payment. But what I’m trying to find out is did TurboTax file it twice for me? It’s my first time using them
