All available activations for that code have been used.Error code: 603. Activated the online account in error. Want to use the desktop version. What do I need to do.

Purchased the Deluxe online version for 2021. Activated the online Turbo tax account in error. Do not wish to do the taxes on the online account. What can I do?

    I have the same problem , called for support and was sent emails containing the same info I had just reviewed.

    Not able to speak to an assistant for the help I need. Where does a person get help . One should not have to buy another program !
