Can I change and how my phone number after I created my account? I see nothing where I could access my profile

    Login to TurboTax and open a return or start one if you haven’t already. Then you will see the “Account Settings” option at the bottom of the left side menu. Alternatively, you can sign into the TurboTax Account Manager. Choose “Sign in & security” from the left side menu. There you can change your security options, like your phone number or email address.
