Can I reinstall TT and use same licence code then reopen current file. After Easystep interview only Introduction is green rest of menu greyed out. Can access forms

Just finished Easy-step Interview when problem occurred.   Can access forms but nothing on LH menu - ie cant Review

    Yes, you can. But before you do that, please try continuing through the interview until you get to the Income & Expenses part. The menu should unlock then. If you don't see a "Continue" button, please scroll down and to the right to find it.
