Enter the amounts on the T4AP slip. Put Box 16 from the NR4 into Box 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19 (whichever type the income is). Put Box 17 from the NR4 into Box 22 on the T4AP slip. You may also have to put a number of months in either Box 21 or 23 depending on the type of income you received.
