Question

Does anyone know how to change your password? The instructions in the help section are useless because it never gives me anywhere to select my account settings

    You need to open a return or start one if you haven’t already. Then you will see the “Account Settings” option at the bottom of the left side menu.

     

    Alternatively, you can sign into the TurboTax Account Manager. Choose “Sign in & security” from the left side menu. There you can change your security options, like your password.

    thank you.  I finally figured that out.  This option should be available as soon as you sign in
