Hi, I have a Crypto realized gain summary that I need to enter. Where do I enter that in Turbo tax CA? I see investment income, but I don't see a selection for crypto?

Most people who have bought and sold cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Ethereum, or Monero) are trading it as an investment.
If you're trading digital currency as an investment, any gains (or losses) are reported on your tax return as a capital gain (or loss), just like stocks or gold.
Here's how you enter your capital gains (or losses) using TurboTax Online:
SelectFindfrom the TurboTax menu
In theFindwindow, entercapital gains
SelectCapital Gains and Capital Gains Deduction Profilefrom the results, then selectGo
On theYour Capital Gains Profilescreen, check theSold stocksoption and then selectContinue
On theCapital Gainsscreen, enter your amounts and selectDone
If, like many cryptocurrency investors, you sold less than 1 unit of the currency, leave the# of units for shares or face valuefield blank. It isn't required.
