How do I access Quebec special tax credit for a donation to a cultural institution? This should generate a 25% tax credit above the one for a basic contribution

The donation has to be between 5 and 25K and it should appear in section B of Schedule V

Using the navigation menu on the left side of your screen when you're signed into your return, select Deductions > Payments Profile > Donations Profile.

Check Other donations; made to Canadian government entities, prescribed universities outside of Canada, or the United Nations and select Continue until you reach the step titled Other Donations.
