Question

How do I activate my download license? I did it on my laptop but can't on my phone or tablet! Looks like my laptop has died!!

    TurboTax CD/Download will only work on windows. And the codes for TurboTax CD/Download will not work with TurboTax Online & vice-versa.

    Thankyou for responding but what am I supposed to do!??  My Income Tax is done but I can't file it on my tablet!  I paid $34.99 + taxes for what?  Naturally I'm extremely frustrated.

     

    Please advise me what I need to do next, thanks in advance for any assistance that you can give me!  Susan Button
