The CRA’s Auto-fill my return service for the 2021 tax year is now open. If you’d like to use Autofill to automatically fill out part of your tax return, you first need to be registered for a CRA My Account.

If you wantto enter it manually, please follow the same steps for T4A, T4E and T5007 slips:
Select Find from the menu and enter T4E
Select T4E Employment Insurance Benefits from the list, and then select Go
On the T4E - Summary step, select Enter New T4E
On the T4E - Statement of Employment Insurance and Other Benefits step, enter your amounts
Select Done with T4E
On the T4E - Summary step, review the information and follow the instructions below that match your situation:
If the information is correct, select Done with T4E
If the information is incorrect, select Edit next to the slip and correct the information. When you return to this step, select Done with T4E
If you have more T4E slips to enter, select Enter New T4E. When you return to this step, select Done With T4E
