I Already paid 19.99 to add my medical expenses but its asking for it again???

I went through the whole process only to see that I cannot file until the 21st. However Turbotax has taken my money and when i click back on my current return its asking fro payment again.

And their support line is closed by 3pm on a weekday. Very poor customer service. 😞

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) NETFILE Service is shut down for it’s annual maintenance. It will open on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. You’ll be able to file at that point.
