Question

I am unable to access my previous year's returns. I have used the dropdown menu, however there is nothing within the dropdown box.

I have used the free version for all previous years, if that makes a difference

    You can access a previous year return with a free version as well. To view a previous year’s tax return in TurboTax Online please follow the below steps,

     

    Each new year of TurboTax Online is distinct from the year prior. To find your return for a certain year:

    1. Sign in to the TurboTax Online version for that year.
    1. On the Welcome back screen, select Continue next to the return you want to view to open the return.
