I am unable to find how to edit line 22100

I am unable to find how to edit carrying charges and interest Line 22100.

Turbotax website is very slow and unresponsive when i go to summary it say error 404. ngnix ?

    To change the amount on line 22100. 

    You need to double click on it to update the amount.

    If you are using TurboTax online you would then select "FInd" in the upper right-hand corner and type in Investment Expenses.

    Click on Go and you will be able to delete/edit and enter the proper amount.
