To find the correct place to enter your T4A(P) slip follow these steps: Open your Tax Return.On the left menu pane, click on Income.Under Income, click on T-Slips. I have a T4A(P) survivor benefit. The form shows me a T4A self employed but I am not how do I get to the right T4A(P)?

To find the correct place to enter your T4A(P) slip follow these steps:

Open your Tax Return.
On the left menu pane, click on Income.
Under Income, click on T-Slips.
Under T-Slips, scroll down to T4A(P) Canada Pension Plan Benefits.
On the right side of the page, Scroll down and click on Enter New T4A(P) for Your Name
