I have no T4 income but program is asking for information i.e. province of work

Why am I being asked for information on a T4 slip when I indicated I don't have T4 income?

    To get off of the T4 page, please scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Back" button. Then click on the "Done With T4 Slips" button to continue your return without entering a T4 slip.
