Unfortunately, with TurboTax CD/Download, everything is stored on your computer only. We don’t save any of your data, so we can’t help you recover your files.
However, you can still get the information from your past tax returns from your CRA My Account. If you don’t have a CRA My Account login, you can contact the CRA directly at 1-800-959-8281 to request copies of your tax returns.
