Question

Intuit refers to a "Clear and Start Over" feature in Turbo Tax. I do not see it in 2021 options. Where is it?Link: https://accounts-help.intuit.com/app/intuit/1997092

    That link is for the US version of TurboTax. Unfortunately, that option is not available in the Canadian TurboTax Online. To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns”. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Tax Returns” from under “My Returns” and delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it (or “Delete” under the return name).
