When I'm asked to put in my professional fees as a self employed physio, is this my total income for 2021?

If you are speaking of the screen in your TurboTax return that says "Your name", what was your self-employment or business income? then:

Professional fees should include the total amount you received or will receive in sales, and fees for your fiscal period. This includes money, credits, or the value of goods or services received in a barter transaction (including GST/HST or PST). Professional fees (include work in progress).
