Question

When we try to log into my husbands CRA account to autofill we get right to where they say when he logged in and when we press Next we get an Error code, Error ERR.021

    Is your husband able to login directly to his My Account on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website? If not, you will have to contact the CRA for more help with this issue. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
