Question

Where can I find the Tools menu and the Tax Tools that is supposed to be in the left menu. All I have is "My Returns", "View all tax returns" and "Start a new tax return"

I started my tax return online but then bought the CD version and would like to continue on that. As per the TurboTax website https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/saving/help/how-do-i-save-my-turbotax-online-return-as-a-tax-data-file/00/25740 I should be able to save the tax file under the tax tools menu but I do not have that menu available. Anyone else having this issue and how should I save to continue on the CD version.

That link is for the US version of TurboTax. Unfortunately, you can't transfer Canadian TurboTax Online returns into TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.
