Question

Where have my previous years submissions gone? have used turbotax ONLINE for many years for myself and my mother. Where are my previous returns now?

I am getting error message that I did not use turbotax online to file previously years taxes. I did.

    Do you have more than one account? If so, your previous returns may be in a different account than the one you are logged in to.
