Can I still file through turbotax online if I moved to Puerto rico last august?

Yes, if you are a US citizen living abroad, it is possible to file a US return but there are some limitations.  Please see this link for more details on what you need to have in order to file using TurboTax.

 

You cannot use TurboTax to complete a return for Puerto Rico.
