what are your question(s) and where did you liv at the start of the year. depending on state law, you may have to file two part-year resident returns

We do not know why you are referring to 2022. If you are preparing a tax return for 2022, you cannot use online TurboTax to do that. Online is only for 2023 returns--no other year. If you are preparing a 2023 return, you use the address where you want to receive mail from the IRS or state now so they know where to mail you a letter or a check. If you moved from one state to another during the tax year, you might need to file two state returns, for part years in each of the states---depending on what the states were.
