How do I fix the Lansing part of my Michigan tax return?

My return has already been accepted. But I marked that I’m a part time resident of Lansing and I’m a non-resident.

If you have already filed your state tax return and it was accepted, you may need to amend your city return if it was included in your filing and taxed at 1%. Lansing imposes a .5% tax on nonresidents but a 1% tax on residents. See this link for city taxes for more details.
