Question

I downloaded TT2021 Premier from Amazon. The Federal works and updates etc. The state portion simply keeps going in a loop saying its all uptodate. Cannot work on state.

Ive disabled all firewalls , uninstalled tt2021 , and reinstalled again from Amazon. No Help

Thanks, I had seen this a few days ago , but when I try to apply it, it appears its meant for fixing a similar problem in 2020, and running it looks like it will clean up the "states" module in my 2020 TTax and not 2021.

TT needs to issue a version that will work for 2021 state tax download issue.

Right now nothing is working and although I paid for Federal and State , unless TT sends out a fix , only option left for me is to do the state tax manually.
