Missing CA Form 568 / How to re-file without amending entire return

Hi-

It seems that TurboTax has neglected to generate Form 568 for my LLC for a number of years.  I can go back and see which questions I may have missed that led to this.  But that aside, is it possible to just submit this form separately electronically, without doing a full amendment to my State tax filing?  I know I can just print out Form 568 and mail in directly to the FTB, which will work.  But wanting to understand if I can do so electronically without having to "amend" the CA return.

(Also, strangely one year did have that form, but the FTP still says they did not receive it, even though it is in my TurboTax file.  It's all so odd)
